About Us

Sophia Marie's came to be when I began raising chickens as a little girl. What started out as a hobby turned into my passion for raising free range, heritage breed chickens.  I also like to keep a variety of colored egg layers as well. Over time, people began buying my eggs because my chickens (and now ducks) are raised humanely and fed organic feed.  My birds get to free range in grass and forage in nature. I am now almost 16 and egg sales have continually grown.  Currently, I am expanding my business to carry organic products. Stay tuned!
